Members’ Proxy Form for Voting at the 2024 AGM

In accordance with the Rules of the Society, financial Members of the Royal Society of Victoria Inc. may attend the Annual General Meeting to vote in person, or otherwise submit a proxy to vote on their behalf.

Rule 22 and Appendix 1 of the Rules requires notice of the appointment of a proxy, who is also a financial member of the Society and will be in attendance at the 2024 AGM, to be received by the Honorary Secretary at the Society’s Office no later than 5.00 pm on Wednesday 14th May 2024, the last working day before the meeting, which will be held at 5:00 pm on Thursday 15th May 2024, in person at the Society’s premises. Please note there will be no online attendance available for this year’s meeting.
