RSV Annual General Meeting

All voting members of the Royal Society of Victoria are warmly encouraged to attend the Annual General Meeting in April to review the Society’s performance over the course of 2015. The 2015 Annual Report has been circulated ahead of the meeting for review and discussion on the night.

Following the main business, former Premier of Victoria, the Hon Ted Baillieu will address the gathering on the role of the Society in contemporary Victoria. RSV President Dr William Birch and Executive Director Mr Mike Flattley will then outline the work on strategic planning undertaken through member discussion groups, surveys and workshops over the course of the last year, presenting some of the goals and activities that will inform our Society’s priorities in the coming years. We’ll close with supper.

50 voting members present in person or by proxy are required for the meeting to proceed. Please indicate your intention to attend by registering below, or otherwise nominate your proxy using this form by 5pm, Wednesday 27th April 2016. Please note the starting time of 6.00pm on the Thursday night. Student members are ineligible to vote in Council elections and at Annual General Meetings.
